Tempting Tuesdays ~ Spinach Artichoke Dip

This Tuesday, I have a more than tempting treat to please the palate, Spinach Artichoke Dip! This recipe was adapted from a recipe posted on Serenity Now.

Ingredients

1 14oz can of Artichoke Hearts, chopped and drained
1 10oz package of frozen Spinach
1/2 cup of Sour Cream
1/4 cup of Cream Cheese
1/4 cup of Mayo
2 cups of shredded Italian Cheese Blend (Walmart, Kraft, and Sargento all have a 5 or 6 different cheeses shredded and packaged together.)
1 teaspoon of Garlic Salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Place all your ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Mix together well.

Transfer to a small baking dish. I used a glass pie pan and it worked perfectly.
Cover and bake until heated all the way through and bubbly, approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, crusty toasted bread, or even eat it with a spoon if you are so inclined.

An easy and delicious dip for any event!

What are some of your favorite dips?
