Tempting Tuesdays ~ Pancake Fried Sausage Patties


I was in the mood for a twist on breakfast and found this recipe on Oh, Bite It. This is NOT a healthy breakfast, so please eat in moderation. Maybe add some fresh melon to get some valuable daily nutrients.

Ingredients

Pancake batter
Sausage patties (defrosted or pre-cooked if you prefer)
Vegetable oil for frying




Mix up your pancake batter according to package directions.


Coat each patty in batter.


Fry until golden brown on both sides. Make sure the oil is at least 350 degrees F. 





Add your favorite syrup and enjoy!
